This is an exciting time for car enthusiasts! Gone are the days of having a 900+hp car only for the track. Now, cars with well over 1500hp can still be driven on the street and have AC. Take, for example, this 1967 Ford Mustang Coupe capable of pumping out 1000hp to the ground while maintaining the street manners of a stock 67 Mustang.
The stance of this ride is the first thing that catches your eye. The tires fit perfectly upfront and in the back, and the car sits just low enough to stand out. As you go around the car, you'll notice that the Pony in the grill has been replaced with an Intercooler, a clear sign that it's far from stock. Under the hood, there's a 347 Stroker motor with Trick Flow Heads, ready to handle the boost from a 76mm Turbo required to produce 1000hp at the wheels. The built C4 3-speed automatic transmission with a 3,300 Stall and reverse manual valve body makes it easy to shift gears with a smile on your face. Outback, there's a Ford 9" rear end with 3.89 gears and Mark Williams 35 Spline Axles ready to go. Inside, it's clean and looks fairly stock, except for the roll cage, shifter, and the two small screens that control the Holley EFI setup. Beyond those few modifications, it has the classic dash, seats, headliner, and rear decklid. I could go on and on about this Stang, but who wouldn't want a street car with a parachute!
We appreciate your interest in this fantastic vehicle, available in our showroom at 5626 Gravois Ave, St. Louis, MO, 63116.
