The Chevelle is undoubtedly one of the most popular muscle cars in existence. In 1969, it was recognized as America's most famous mid-size car. This 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Super Sport is believed to be an authentic 396 Big Block car. During the restoration, the builder discovered a build sheet that is in rough shape but confirms the 396 Big Block option and a few other features.

The beautifully restored car has only 663 miles since the complete overhaul. Every part of the vehicle was disassembled and rebuilt from scratch. It is powered by a 454 engine that has been bored .40 over, making it a 462 Big Block, which was balanced and blueprinted. The engine is connected to a smooth-shifting 700R4 transmission and a 12-bolt rear end with 3.55 gears and Posi Traction. The interior is brand new, with black bucket seats, Dakota Digital gauges, a tilt column, and even cruise control. The Blue Metallic paint job is stunning, and the finish is so smooth that it reflects like a mirror. This car has been thoroughly restored; all you have to do is turn the key to experience its freshness.
